Welcome to the Jungle house. A large Chalet in the mountainside area known as Donguri. The Chalet has 8 rooms and can sleep 16 people. We base bookings on 2 people per bedroom. For example, 8 people book then 4 bedrooms will be available and the other bedrooms will be locked. We have a nice entertainment area / lounge and dining for guests to hang out in. Complimented by 2 TVs, darts board, and video games.
We are Jake and Shoko. We live in Hakuba year round and are within 5 minutes drive from The Jungle house, so we can assist you with anything you need. We can speak both English and Japanese and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to hosting you.
Donguri is a lovely mountainside village that looks over Happo One and Goryu mountains. You will really feel like you are surrounded by nature, but still only a couple minute drive from convenience store, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
