Located a 10-minute walk from Myoden Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. This traditional Japanese house was fully renovated in 2024. It features high-quality furniture selected by a designer, while also being fully equipped with modern facilities. The house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by temples. By taxi: 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland 25 minutes to the Ginza area 30 minutes to teamLab From the accommodation by train: 40 minutes to Disney 47 minutes to Ginza 60 minutes to teamLab 60 minutes to Shibuya This 71㎡ single-story house is limited to one group per day. You will have the entire house to yourself. Maximum capacity: 9 guests. Next to Myoden Station, there are: A large AEON supermarket Various restaurants A DAISO 100-yen shop At night, you can enjoy movies or YouTube in the calm Japanese-style room with a projector. The lighting is kept minimal, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for a peaceful, dreamy moment. The adjacent living room is very bright, making it a perfect place to enjoy lively conversations with your family or friends around the dining table. A large 3-meter kitchen has been newly installed. Please feel free to use the complimentary bicycles for shopping or exploring the neighborhood.
I take over old houses and bring them back to life. Together with neighbors, friends, and people around me, I repair and renovate these homes while enjoying the process. By restoring old houses beautifully, I have met more friends and people who are willing to help, and my life has become richer because of it. This is a precious house filled with many memories, and I would be very happy to share it with you. When I was a university student, I studied abroad at the University of Munich in Germany and the University of Hawaii. In Munich, I experienced homestay for the first time. My host mother told me, “You are the first person I have ever met who came to study abroad without studying German.” There were difficult moments because I could not speak German. Even so, my host mother was always kind and warmly supported me. I still think of her from time to time. I hope to be that kind of host for guests visiting Japan. By the way, I can no longer speak English or German well. However, I love communicating with guests and helping them enjoy their time in Japan. I hope you will make wonderful memories in Japan. Thank you for coming to Japan.
There are many shrines and temples in the area, and the historic streets are well maintained. The house is located in a residential neighborhood, so you can enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay. It feels especially nice to take a walk in the morning. Next to the station, there is a very large supermarket where you can find everything you need for daily life. There is also a movie theater. There are many restaurants in the area, so you can also enjoy eating out.
