It is a 9-minute walk from Warabi Station. The villa has two floors, is fully equipped, spacious and bright, has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. It is very suitable for traveling with friends and family. There is free parking. There is a 7-11 convenience store next to the residence, as well as a large supermarket and drugstore nearby, izakaya, fast food restaurants, Chinese cuisine, Korean cuisine, and barbecue restaurants.
This place is located in a residential area, quiet, comfortable and convenient. It is a 5-minute walk to the Citizen Park and is a famous cherry blossom viewing spot.
