“老闆與老闆娘非常認真招待與幫助我們，從入住到退房遇到都會主動詢問入住狀況與需要 旅館的早餐令我們驚艷，非常好吃，大家都很滿意，這次有一位3Y小孩同行，旅館也為孩子準備適合他的早餐。 退房時車上覆蓋積雪，老闆看到還主動拿工具來幫我們清除積雪，並詢問我們接下來行程給予我們建議，謝謝老闆的招待與幫助讓我們充分享受了由布院的美好。”

“1.交通位置很方便，距離車站與湖中間位置，去哪裡感覺都很方便，走到金鱗湖那邊大概約15-20分鐘 2.如果想預約家庭溫泉記得早點去check in，他們按照check in時間選擇家庭溫泉時間，我去的時候剛好只剩下17：00-18：00這個區段，我們17：30才使用🥺 但也有大浴池可以使用！ 3.工作人員感覺只有老闆與老闆娘感覺非常忙碌，可以預定早餐，但我的方案沒有所以沒有體驗 4.退宿後可以寄放大行李 5.房間內有吹風機（但風量非常小）沒有提供瓶裝水（沒有特別看見）”

“早餐是主菜為烤魚的日式早餐，吃不太習慣但看得出來準備很用心食材也新鮮！使用家庭私人浴場需要預約，家庭浴場比較小間，就像房間內的浴室一樣，剛好適合兩個人泡湯。沒有時間去使用公共澡堂，所以無法評價這部分～　房間大小OK，日式客房別有一番風味，寄存行李也方便，房價也便宜，值得推薦”

“JR主路的尽头和旅行步道的启始路口，白泷桥这里，位置优越。周边可以吃饭的老店多。 店主英语交流，话不多却很亲切实际。 房间不大，开始还担心老店隔音不佳，其实还好，主人服务员还有入住客人都很安静，这点很优秀。 下午就回酒店泡了个汤，包场很舒服。看墙上挂着的执照真的很早。”
