Located in Ota City, a 4-minute walk from Keikyu Line’s “Rokugodote” Station, this newly built, two-story house offers a private 3-bedroom layout. ■ Rooms There are three bedrooms, each with large closets to maximize interior space. With its modern, calming decor, it’s ideal for long-term stays. ■ Amenities The living room features a desk and office chair, providing a quiet space for work or reading. Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, it’s perfect for remote work. You can also enjoy Netflix and YouTube on the TV. ■ Maximum Occupancy The house can accommodate up to 10 guests. There are beds for 6 guests; sofa beds are available for the 7th guest and beyond. This setup is ideal for families, groups of friends, or large gatherings. Families with children are also welcome! ■ Towels Each guest will receive one set of towels. For guests staying multiple nights, please wash and reuse your towels as needed. ■ Cleaning As this is not a hotel, there is no cleaning service or linen replacement during your stay. Cleaning supplies and a washer-dryer are available for your use. ■ Location The property boasts excellent accessibility: 23 minutes to Haneda Airport and 20 minutes to Shinagawa Station. Nearby, you’ll find a supermarket (My Basket), a deli (Origin Bento), convenience stores, and diners—all within a 4-minute walk. While close to central Tokyo, it’s also only a 3-minute walk to the Tama River, where you can enjoy scenic riverbank walks with changing seasonal views. In spring, the cherry blossom-lined riverbanks are stunning, making it a popular spot for viewing cherry blossoms.

Excellent location with easy access; 23 minutes from Haneda Airport to the nearest station, and 20 minutes from Shinagawa station! There's several supermarkets and drugstores around the nearest station. In addition, there's a supermarket (My Basket), Origin lunch boxes, 24/7 convenience stores and restaurants are all within walking distance from the accommodation. Although it is close to the city center, the Tama River is only a 3-minute walk away. A walk along the riverbed is highly recommended, as you can enjoy various sights depending on the season.
