Oasis Village (the larger complex containing our apartment) has undergone renovations and overhauling of some neighboring privately owned units over time. With the current low season for guest occupancy (June to August 2026), many individual apartment investors are leveraging this opportunity to carry out repairs (and complete renovations for new unit owners) over the next couple of weeks, through to September 2026. There will inevitably be increased activity during designated hours of the day across wider sections of the complex during your stay with us. Though this will not significantly impact the smooth running of your apartment, the wider complex may at times resemble a live worksite. These works will benefit our guests experience in the long-term, as collective efforts aim to restore Oasis Village to its former glory and establish it as the premier beach-front destination in Malindi.
