The villa has just been fully renovated and has never been occupied. It features bright open spaces with double-height ceilings, modern furniture, brand-new appliances, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upon request, guests can enjoy an additional recreation area with a swimming pool, sauna, BBQ area, terrace, sun loungers, a beautifully maintained lawn, and a cozy fire pit for relaxing evenings. For outdoor enthusiasts, we can help arrange horseback riding and motorcycle tours through scenic mountain routes. A horse riding club is within walking distance. Despite its peaceful location, the villa is only 30 minutes from downtown Almaty. We are also happy to arrange airport transfers, transportation to and from the city, and trips to Almaty's main attractions to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
