Included is: FREE fresh seasonal vegetables from our organic garden (salads, tomatoes, cucumbers, rocket & herbs FREE free range chicken eggs daily from our chicken coop ! FREE manual Honda motorbike (passport deposit required) Additional service: Rental of our brand new electric vehicle 'WULING MINI PRO4' / 4 seater (additional surcharge & passport deposit required). Electric charger station is provided. Beautiful new open plan raised apartment, with modern IKEA furniture, decoration and facilities. One king sized bed + one sofa-bed Fully fitted kitchen & modern bathroom Featuring a balcony and flat rooftop table, chairs & sun shade with perfect mountain views
Came to SE Asia backpacking in 2003 to party and enjoy Life, owned a beach bar on Koh Lanta, survived a tsunami, moved to Koh Phangan and opened their first 24/7 kebab takeaway, moved to Laos in 2011 & built a resort, survived a divorce, married a beautiful lady (Noi), built a house & rental apartment, learned how to assemble IKEA blindfolded, became a dedicated gardener and foodie, looking forward to retracing my backpacking journey from 2003 & owning a naughty Dachshund X
14km from Luang Prabang town, on the main road to the famous Kuang Si Waterfalls (exactly halfway to the waterfall). The road is newlky surfaced and in excellent condition.
