Happy Man Village is a place where one could taste authentic Sri Lankan cuisine, rest and enjoy the best of Sri Lankan hospitality in a very domestic low profile setting. The specialty of our property is the hospitality unmatched by any of our rivals. Most of our food is organic & guests can get training to cook selected dishes if they wish. Further, we can facilitate Ayurvedic Body Massages, YOGA & YOGA training in a nice natural setting.

I am a tour guide in Sri Lanka with over 23 years of experience. I enjoy guiding tourists interested in the nature, wildlife & historical significance of Sri Lanka. “Happy Man Village ” is owned by myself and is situated in natural surroundings within a 5-minute walk from Kosgoda Beach.

Our Property is in high biodiversity, picturesque surrounding within 5 minute walk from the Kosgoda beach. The second largest species of turtles, the Green turtles, come for nesting primarily to Kosgoda beach. Guests who stay in our villa could take a Madu Ganga boat safari covering many islands in Madu Ganga, visit the cinnamon plantations, and see the processing of cinnamon. Boat rides in the river next to our villa, cycling in the village & visiting the turtle hatchery are some of the activities guests can take part in.
