Our brand-new apartments in Kabalana offer modern comfort in a quiet setting. Each unit features a spacious living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner gas stove, and a breakfast bar with high chairs. Each bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a large wardrobe, with air conditioning in every room. Super-fast fiber internet, hot water, and a backup power generator ensure convenience. The bathroom has a double sink, a glass-enclosed shower, and a large mirror. Relax on the breezy balcony or enjoy access to the property's swimming pool and bar area. We look forward to welcoming you to our apartments.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced surfer, you'll love the waves, the vibrant beach scene, and the relaxed atmosphere. You'll find plenty of cafés, restaurants, and beach bars within walking distance—ideal for grabbing a coffee, enjoying fresh seafood, or watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand. There’s a local grocery store just a short walk away, making it easy to stock up on essentials during your stay. Several yoga studios and surf schools are also within walking distance, so you can start your morning with a yoga session or book a surf lesson anytime.
