Hi, I'm Chethana, born in the beautiful village of Madiha and probably known for my very long hair and bright smile. My family grew up in the lodge, therefore we're so happy to make guests feel like home here now and show them the beauty of sri lanka's coastline and our culture. I like getting to know people and their life's from all over the works. And I'm also here to help you with any questions to make you enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Our place is a true soul by the sea! With its perfect location infront of madiha surf point, its big garden with sounds of the ocean, & its unique style the lodge is the ideal guesthouse to rest, surf, chill & work. You will quickly feel the magical vibe with all the palmtrees around and the ocean just a few steps away. Our cafe is open all day serving delicious, healthy vegetarian breakfast, lunch & dinner to all travellers in madiha.

Neighborhood info

Madiha is still a secret spot on Sri Lanka's southeast. Peaceful, quiet with a chilled vibe & a great surf point for intermediates! Our guesthouse is: - right infront of Madiha Beach/ Surfpoint (please notice that its a reef break and therefore perfect for surfing or a dip in the ocean but not for swimming out). - in walking distance to several cafes and restaurants & only 500 meters to the Doctors House. - only 700 meters to amazing snorkelling spot in Polhena to swim with turtles - nearby a big super markets and retail shops on the main road
