This is one of a kind villa built in 1959 style with traditional tile roof located over a five-acer land. This charming house has lots of characters with a huge land so much space around to enjoy oneself. Beauty of this place on the lagoon waterfront and 15 minutes walks to the best beach in Nilaveli. It is located 18th KM post from Trincomalee in Eastern part of Sri Lanka.
Nilaveli has a one of the finest beaches in Sri Lanka unspoiled less crowded beach with clean water for all to enjoy. Alao one can go kayaking or boat touring in the lagoon or Indian Ocean. More importantly it is less than twenty minutes boat ride to Pigeon Island. Also, one can go on hiking or taking a safari if lucky to see wild elephants.
