The Aluthgama House is a private 4 bedroom luxury villa located by the Bentara River in Aluthgama. The property is a single story building, with a built up space of around 5,000 square feet, built to a mix of local and colonial architecture. The house has 4 luxurious bedrooms, two which are equipped with extra large double beds, and two with regular double beds each having attached toilets that have separate bath & shower facilities and hot and cold water. One of the rooms has an extra sofa bed that can accommodate two children. The rooms have parquet wood flooring and equipped with wardrobes, dressing tables, arm chairs and indoor and outdoor racks for clothing, towels & swimwear. The villa has a 45ft X 13ft infinity swimming pool, a large garden, a deck with outdoor sofas by the pool, and a large deck (1,400sq.ft) with outdoor seating and tables by the river. The villa has a relaxing and comfortable sitting area equipped with leather sofa's, arm chairs, a TV and a dining area for 10 people. There is a manager, chef and housekeeping staff at your service, a pantry/kitchen that can be used by guests if required and a standby generator that will provide uninterrupted power.

The Aluthgama House is located in the town of Aluthgama, which is a coastal town in the Kalutara District (Western Province) of Sri Lanka. It is located approximately 63.5 kilometres south of Colombo and 68 kilometres north of Galle. Travel time from the Bandaranayake International Airport is approximately 95 minutes (106km) via the new highway network. Aluthgama is situated on the southern bank of the Bentota Ganga (River) mouth. River Bentara, the legendary river at Bentota, flows into the Indian Ocean, forming a lagoon at the last section of the river. The River Bentara and the lagoon are home to the widest array of water sports among all the beach resorts of Sri Lanka. Jet-skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, or enjoying a romantic river safari along the clam waters are some of the activities that are most popular in the area.
