My intention is to maintain Villa Polhena as non commercial looking guest house providing best comfort and serenity for those who particularly look for calm and quiet family stay away from home, at a reasonable cost.

Property info

Villa Polhena is my ancestral home converted into a Guest House. Originally it was not built for commercial purposes. I try my best to retain it as three roomed home with adequate free and open spaces for visitors who look for calmness and serenity. The standard double room consists of a bedroom, private bathroom and a veranda, while an apartment includes a bedroom, private bathroom, veranda and a kitchen including a refrigerator and a washing machine. The whole villa is surrounded by a large garden and lawn.

Fully Residential. Ten minutes walk to Polhena Beach.
