Newly renovated - Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place in the Marsa VVT Residence. Feel at peace as you sit overlooking the blue ocean, the gentle sea breeze blowing, framed by the green mountains - enjoy a view for the ages by the Mediterranean shore in M'diq! A moment's walk to the beach. For the kids, there is a seasonal carnival with rides and fun! Stroll over to the Marsa and buy fish straight from the ocean. Enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains. It's a regular adventure! There is a swimming pool (seasonal July to August: times are posted on pictures; closed Fridays) and an area to play ball. Residence asks guests for la carte national or passport upon arrival (also need to send them online to me). Marriage certificate copy online is also requested due to Moroccan law. Wifi is included air conditioner in living room and master bedroom fans are included Rules for swimming pool are posted in picture. 3 bracelets are provided for swimming : please return once you are done with them. Hours for swimming pool: closed on fridays 10-1 and 3-7 Again, it is SEASONAL.

During the summer there are concerts in the area so the music might be loud in areas near the beach. Very safe neighborhood and beautiful views. It’s close to everything and even other beaches like Marina. Taxi and bus is close. You can also drive and park your car in the residency. Other beaches and cities are close such as Fnideq, Cabo Negro, Martil, Marin Smir and the likes. Kabila is close as well as areas for boat rentals!
