Spacious flat with access to two amazing communal swimming pools and a beautiful garden. Situated close to shops and the main road leading the city centre of Martil and the corniche. About 5-10 minutes drive/20-25 minutes walk to the beach. Walking to the beach will seem quicker as walking past shops, cafés and restaurants. Easy access to taxis and buses. There’s also easy road access to nearby city of Tetouan or other beach resorts like Cabo Negro, Rincon (Mdieq) and Marina Smir.
