Property info

Nice and spacious furnished and equipped apartment, consisting of two bedrooms and a living room overlooking the pool, an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with a shower and two ducks and a nice terrace with different views of the pool, there is portable Wifi and IPTV channels from several countries open for free. The apartment is located in a closed tourist residence and has 4 swimming pools and a tennis court and a soccer field and a children's playground and private parking. Near the beach, 5 minutes from the complex you have to cross the road and in front is the maritime marina and Kabila plage beach, there are restaurants and a cafeteria and it is very close to all the necessary services.
