Residence R1129 - Block 1 is a newly built property completed in February 2024. It is a holiday home with private pool and private parking for 2 cars , 5 AC bedrooms, 2 are in suite and the other three bedroom share a common bathroom. The living room has a smart TV. It has an open American kitchen & Dining. Free WIFI available. It also have a roof terrace were you can have a barbecue time and see the views of mountains and ocean. We have a nearby Restaurant/Café and bus-stop also is within 3 mins walk.
Myself (Ravind) owner of Residence 1129, I work as an Accountant in the banking sector of Mauritius, I have been doing this holiday home rental business since 5 years with similar type of properties. I can speak fluently English and French.
The neighborhood there is friendly which is surrounded by foreigners/tourists walking in the locality and the nearby houses and apartments are also occupied by tourist people.
