TAC Licence no.: 14756 The Studio is a tastefully designed Studio apartment furnished with a Scandinavian/Nordic sensibility. The apartment comprises of a well equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, dining area, a double bed, seating area, smart TV with local & some international channels, free Netflix, free WIFI, a small outdoor balcony, a washing/dryer machine, and a private toilet and shower facility, and a covered/secured parking. The studio is also fully equipped with vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment. We do not provide cleaning during a stay but arrangements can be made with additional cost. The idea is to provide high level amenities with a hotel look and feel at a relatively affordable price.
After having completed my studies in Melbourne, Australia, I moved back to Mauritius in 2012 to practice as an Architect and Jaya, a practicing pharmacist since 2014. We both own and host Studio 113 and Studio 317 in Ebene Square Apartments.
The Studio in Ebene Square Apartments is strategically situated in a quiet neighbourhood close to Ebene Cyber city, Quatre Bornes, Trianon, Reduit, 10 minutes walking distance to Rose Hill, high profile shopping malls (Bagatelle Mall, La City Trianon & Phoenix Mall). Being in the central part of the Island, though it is very accessible to many major beaches, local attractions, the Airport as well as the capital, Port-Louis, is within reach through a well-organized road network, expect to have morning/afternoon traffic due to business activities in Ebene Cyber City.
