The Coastal Apartment (TCA) is a two-bedroom serviced apartment which is part of the holiday condominium Le Palmier in Flic en Flac. It is located a short walk from public beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, car rentals, sea sports equipment rentals, schools, medical clinics. The condo and its parking lot have a gated entrance and are protected by 24-hour manned security and CCTV cameras. TCA has a terrace which looks directly on a large swimming pool and a garden area surrounded by tall coconut palms. It is utilized for outdoor dining and socializing. The apartment is non-smoking, although guests may smoke on balcony, terrace and in the open areas as long as it is acceptable to others nearby. Guests may also relax in the garden and around the swimming pool on sun loungers. It has full kitchen facilities, including fridge, oven, hob, kettle and toaster, and two bathrooms and toilets, en-suite for the main bedroom. The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are individually air-conditioned. The spacious living room, dining and kitchen area does not need any air conditioning even in the heat of summer as it enjoys excellent natural ventilation all year round.

TCA is only 250 meters beeline from the beach, a 650 m walk. Flic en Flac is a buoyant seaside village behind a stunning stretch of fine white sandy beaches facing a calm blue lagoon protected by a chain of shallow coral reefs and attract tourist and local swimmers, boating, snorkeling, diving and other sea sports lovers all year. The coastal road is lined with many restaurants, bars, night-clubs and casinos.
