Gurindam Homestay menyediakan pelbagai kemudahan yang bertemakan konsep studio Hotel dimana falitisnya termasuklah : 1. Bilik berhawa dingin. 2. 1 katil Queen & 1 katil Single. 3. Air mineral sebagai Complementary drinks. 4. Peti sejuk & pemanas air di pantry. 5. Water heater di bilik air. 6. Kawasan barbeque yang lapang di bahagian belakang.
Tuan rumah Gurindam Homestay yang ramah & sedia memberikan sebarang bantuan kepada para tetamu yang menginap di sini.
Gurindam Homestay terletak di dalam kawasan taman yang dinamakan Lorong Tareem. Kebun sawit yang tenang mengelilingi taman ini dari segala kesibukan jalan raya juga memberikan vibes yang privasi & tenteram. Ia juga tidak terlalu jauh daripada jalan keluar utama Parit Botak yang menyambungkan antara jalan ke Parit Raja & Ayer Hitam.
