Everything is good but not the food

I used to like omelette, crossaint, wedges and the fresh milk for breakfast in Pine Tree Hotel. The location are very suitable and comfortable for customer to enjoy breakfast there.

Very convenient as it is near to BP bus station. Restaurant and Mart

The hotel is very well kept despite refurbishment done 3 years ago, the room felt like a recently refurbished room (looks new). Bed is comfortable and entire room is very clean.

Room : Clean, cozy, quite spacy. For Muslim traveller, still can solat confortably. Toilet : Clean, not smelly, basic toiletries provided, shower got hot and cold water. Location : Center of Batu Pahat, near to Express Bus Station, convenience store, and suitable for Nasi Kandar Pakistan lover. Parking : This hotel got a private free parking. Just drop you car number to receptionist. Elders and OKU : Friendly to both of them. Had lift so no need to climb using stairs. also had ramp to access the lobby hotel (both from parking and from in front of the hotel) Children and Toddler : The hotel provide Coway water dispenser for parent who need cold and hot water.

The choice a bit less, but is very delicious.

The room is clean, although there's no window in the room we stay in but there's no unpleasant smell. Good ventilation in the toilet. Great location with easy access to other places in BP. There are quite a few eateries around, 99 Speed Mart & pharmacy are just a few steps away from the hotel. The staff are friendly, they helped to put parking coupons on the registered vehicles of hotel guests too. It is good value for money and we are satisfied!
