Kampung B&B Homestay is a three bedroom homestay located 4km from Kota Marudu Township in Sabah, Malaysia. This is an old family home on a private land surrounded by fruit trees and vegetables beds. We have a basic solar system and tube-well to supply water during dry spell or water supply interruption. This Homestay is suitable for self catering guests. There is a kitchen for light cooking and charcoal BBQ on the ground floor for all guests. WIFI is available but it is tempermental. Open parking space is available in front of the house. This house is equip with aircons, ceiling fans and water heaters. There are three modern bathroom, A small washing machine is available for guests . This home is a fantastic pit stop. Do sit around the table, talk to each other and enjoy each others company. Do not fret if the WIFI is down or you are not able to get on your Netflix. Pick up the pack of cards, play carrom or simple grab a book of the bookrack and read. The village is tarmac so it can be reach by sedan cars. There is a village mini mart next door and several eatery place within 1km from the house. The small town of Goshen and Kota Marudu market is a good source for fresh seafood. There are large supermarkets within driving distance. The hospital is 1.3km away and the ATM machines 3km away.

Dear guests, Welcome to our home, your homestay. Kampung means village in Malay language. It was our family home. You may cook and dine together. Here you can unwind and catch up with your love ones without the restriction of a conventional hotel. We love our land and we plant vegetables for our own consumption. If you need any, just ask. Basic cooking utensil provided (rice cooker, kettle, wok, frying pans, plates, spoons, forks etc). If you need more just ask. If we have it, we will lend them to you. We cherished this home. Kampung B&B is located in Sumbilingon Village on Jalan Marak Parak. This sleepy farming village has a football field, hall and community committee. Its a multiracial community.
