A friendly environment studio apartment home located in the heart of Penampang district. This homestay equiped with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed and furnish with electric water kettle, rice cooker, 32' inch smart TV & WiFi. Unlimited access to food and beverages and shoppings as it is located in ITCC mall Penampang and also just a very short distance from KKIA airport (5 mins) Kota Kinabalu city (10 mins), Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal for access to island hopping (15 minutes).
