The 18th Century apartment building is located in the hart of the city centre. What is definitly unique for this location is that it is a quiet street close to a lot of things Amsterdam has to offer it's visitors. From here you can reach many locations and attractions by foot. Furthermore you really stay among locals because in the street where the apartments are located there only live people who live and/or work there.
We used to manage a real estate development company from 1999 to 2014 with Amsterdam as our home base. Since the year 2012 we have changed our business to a company in short stay rental apartments with a peronal touch. Exclusively in Amsterdam!
The area is very cozy as it is full of lovely shops, cafés, restaurants, canals, local makets, museums and bike rental agencies. Public transport is to be found on 5-10 minutes walking distance (tram and subway) as well as a supermarket which is open from 8 AM untill 10 PM where you can find everything you need.
