Perfectly situated: just a short walk from the train station, Chassé Theater, Breda historical city centre, and Avans University, with local favorites like Teds Breda Botanique – All Day Food & Drinks close by. A supermarket is only 3 minutes away, and free parking is a 10-minute walk (paid street parking next door). Please note, that not all rooms are located on the ground floor, and we do not have an elevator.
