Please note that the hotel has a valet parking service. The guests' car will be picked up within 35 minutes. In order for the car to be returned, guests need to inform the receptionist 120 minutes in advance. The service is available from 09:00 hours until 20:30 hours (outside these hours the service is available on request). Please note that guests are able to park their cars in the garage.

Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

Please note that when making a nonrefundable reservation, you must show the same credit card upon check-in as was used when making the reservation. When you are not able to show the same credit card, your reservation will be refused.

Any evidence of smoking or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking will incur a charge of minimum of EUR 250.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
