Born in Copenhagen, his life is architecture and design. Devoted collaborator with important Nordic designer studios, it was while he was on one of his many trips that he arrived in Barcelona; its architecture, culture and Mediterranean liveliness grabbed him. The impact this city had on him was so strong that he decided to stay and bring to life his latest project: Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments. Each of the apartments has been personally designed and decorated by Eric, in a style that is a unique mix of functionality and the beauty of Nordic Design with all the creativity and spontaneity of Mediterranean design. Currently with locations in Barcelona, ​​Madrid, Amsterdam, Hamburg and Copenhagen.

Each of the apartments has been personally designed and decorated by Eric in a style that is a unique mix of functionality and the beauty of Nordic design with all the creativity and spontaneity of Mediterranean design.

Neighborhood info

Built by architects Arons & Gelauff, the Pontsteiger building has become one of Amsterdam's greatest architectural icons. Designed to please residents' preferences, be it panoramic views or direct access to the canals, it is located in one of the city's most up-and-coming neighbourhoods, Houthaven. In this quarter, design, creativity, fine dining and easy access to the centre by public transport or a short bike ride converge.
