B&B GuesthouseOne is located in a national monument, part of the former Lutersch Orphanage and Poorhouse, founded in 1684. You will stay in an authentic 17th century style room with many luxurious and modern conveniences. GuesthouseOne is located in the center of Haarlem and yet super quiet and peaceful, because in a car-free pedestrian area. Parking is available in the nearby Raaks parking garage, just a two-minute walk away. Haarlem CS is a twelve-minute walk or one bus stop away. Schiphol Amsterdam Airport 35 minutes drive by a every six minutes running direct busline from/to almost the frontdoor of GuesthouseOne.
Rob is a host who cares for his guests. An experienced traveler himself and skipper-host on his sailingship in Greece.
Haarlem is famous for the the oldest museum in Holland: 'The Teylers Museum' and the 'Frans Hals Museum' GuesthouseOne is very close to the big church at the city centre market big square. There are many fine restaurants, all on walking distance. GuasthouseOne is situated in the middle of the so called 'Vijfhoek', a small version of the famous Amsterdam 'Jordaan'. Many pedestrian areas and so called 'Hofjes': Hided places for retired persons.
