Our 49 Mid-longstay serviced studio apartments (for stays ranging from 28 days to 180 days- starting on Mondays) are located in the brand-new Makerstoren, opening on March 1, 2026. On booking we can only offer stays up until 90 days. The building brings together a unique mix of temporary 49 accommodations for temporary stays of worldwide guests coming to work/study or intern, an in-house coffee bar/lunchrestaurant, and a vibrant creative hub with workspaces and events for entrepreneurial makers — from ceramics and fashion to art and many other creative disciplines. Guests staying in the serviced apartments also have access to shared maker facilities, including our lounge and private gym on the 9th floor (opening +-May 2026). In addition, we offer a kiosk with shared (paid) washing and drying machines. All apartments are fully furnished, feature a private en-suite bathroom with shower/toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences fitted for longer stays. The Makerstoren is strategically located, with a bus stop right outside the door and just a 5-minute bike ride from Station Sloterdijk — the city’s second-largest train, bus and metro hub. During your stay, you can also choose to rent one of our own state-of-the-art electric bikes, allowing you to cruise into the center of Amsterdam like a local in just 15 minutes.

We are located in a quiet (yet safe) industrial area where people work hard and a strong creative, pioneering spirit prevails. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find several vibrant urban creative venues, as well as multiple large sports facilities for locals, including indoor soccer and padel. The location is highly strategic in relation to the city center and is also easily accessible from other cities and major roads.
