After passing customs, turn right and you will find the hotel. TIP: THE HOTEL IS LOCATED BEHIND CUSTOMS and suitcases cannot be taken to the hotel. Your luggage must be checked in or at Schiphol's official luggage storage facility before accessing the hotel.
