This is a residential house with minors living here - the rules are strict: no drugs, please. Many thanks for your understanding. Maximum: 4 people. Also, it is not allowed to sleep on any of the two couches; There are 4 matrasses in 3 beds: one double (200 cm by 180 cm) bed and 2 single beds (200 cm by 90 cm). All beds are provided with bed linnen: sleeping outside these 4 designated sleeping places in the sleeping area behind the red curtain will immediately result in a breach of contract. The accomodation will be serviced on a daily basis by personnel of the B&B. For instance, the container of the dehumifier may need to be emptied or extra toilet paper may be provided. Also, this accomodation is technically a B&B that is part of the residential canal house Herengracht 204. That includes that all utility meters are in two cabinets in the B&B accomodation. These utilities may require periodic maintenance, causing personnel to enter the accomodation. Personnel will always enter with maximum guest privacy in mind, but guests should be aware of the above. There may not be more than 4 persons in the accomodation at any point in time: no parties / no gatherings.

You will stay in a B&B in the lower ground floor of a typical Amsterdam Canal house. A family with minors is living in the house upstairs that is happy to extend hospitality to you. Hence, this is not an anonymous accomodation in some major hotel, but rather a small scale operation with a personal touch from the hosting family to welcome you to Amsterdam.
