Perfect luxurious studio 8 min from downtown. Studio at 8 minutes from downtown Amsterdam by Metro. 30.2 sqm (325 sq ft) fully equipped studio on the 1st floor of our house. It’s divided by a large closet with a separate sleeping area with a king size bed with suspended TV with Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with whatever you’d need to cook or just make your own breakfast. Ideally situated just a few steps from the Metro station Van der Madeweg, which has three of the five metro lines this city has, and just a few hundred metres from the night bus and parking right in front of our house, you will be happy that you chose our studio You are free to use our garden and the tree house. The tree house has electricity and a bed . Beware that we have two cats in the house. Although they never enter the BnB studio, you may pass them on the stairs or the hallway.
The owners are Robert and Javier. They both work, so you won’t see them during the days on weekdays. However, you can always reach them, should you need assistance. They know the city like no other and between the two they speak fluent Nederlands, English, Deutsch, Français, Español. The entire studio was built by us just a few years ago, to be used as an Airbnb studio, but we weren’t able to rent it out since our studying daughter decided she wanted to live on her own under our roof. Since she is going away for four months on an exchange program, we finally can use the studio for its intended purpose.
