Unitas is located in a calm, waterside area with excellent access to the city center and Rotterdam’s main attractions, including the Nieuwe Luxor Theatre, Oude Luxor Theatre, Zuidplein Theatre, the Markthal, the Nederlands Fotomuseum, the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, the Maritiem Museum Rotterdam, Ahoy Rotterdam, and the Feijenoord Stadion De Kuip. Convenience stores at Vuurplaat are just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up everyday essentials during your stay. The hosts live on board in a separate private section of the vessel. There is a common entrance to the guest lounge and the private crew area.
