Vondel 99 has 2 rooms, 1 in the front with private bathroom, pantry and small balcony and 1 in the back with private bathroom, kitchen and sunny terrace. The rooms are recently renovated and if i may say so quiet tasteful. We like everything clean. The kitchen is without cooking facilities and we are not serving breakfast, sorry. Pantry and kitchen both have a fridge with freezer to keep your groseries fresh :) Smoking is not allowed also not on the balcony and terras. We are in a residential area. I am sure you love the rooms, the building and the location.
My name is Frank, 50 years old and i live on the ground floor. With the living on the ground floor, the bedrooms in the basement. I have 2 sons Scott (11) and Lewis (9) who live half of the time with me. The 2 rooms are on the first floor and have their own entrance. Very private! I enjoy hosting guests and give them information about my beautiful city. LHBTIQ+ friendly :)
The location of Vondel 99 is very central. Many places are on walking distance. Vondelpark 2 minutes. Museum district, De Hallen and Leidseplein 10 minutes. 9 straatjes, Jordaan area 15 minutes. Around the corner (adres Overtoom 116) there is a big supermarket. This is opposite the tram stop with trams to the city center/central station. Also around the corner there is bike shop that rent bikes (adres 1e Constantijn Huygensstraat 88)
