Boutique Hotel Zaan features two unique dining experiences. The Miller’s House Restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday from 18:00 until 22:00, offering a refined 4-course dining experience inspired by the traditions of the Zaan region and prepared with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Hotel guests receive a discount on the dinner menu. Our Dutch Pancake House restaurant is open daily throughout the year from 10:30 until 19:00, serving traditional Dutch pancakes, local specialties, snacks, and a wide selection of beers, wines, and other beverages in a relaxed waterside setting." We offer all hotel guests a simple complimentary continental breakfast
