The unique location, the view over the Amstel. Authentic Amsterdam house with character and style. And it is so quiet!
We only have 2 rooms to offer: the studio appartment (light purple colors and a dark coloured bathroom) has the view over the canal. The double room (orange colours and a light grey bathroom) looks out from the back of the house and though the room is bigger it has NOT the spectacular view. Check this please, if you want the room with the view, as you book one room or the other.
Nanda lives in the same building and she is always happy to help you with any questions or additional needs you may have. She is an Iyengar Yoga teacher. She loves to travel, meet people, eat & drink and enjoy the good life in Amsterdam. She is Dutch living in Amsterdam almost her whole life.
I have been renting our rooms for 6 years now, and I found that there is certain group of people that absolutely love my place--it's location is unbeatable and having your own private space on one of the oldest canals of the city! It follows the culture of Amsterdam--it are cosy rooms and just what a couple needs to enjoy quality time together and to feel the charm of Old Amsterdam.
The unique location, the view over the Amstel; you are close to Rembrandtplein, the flower market and the Red Light district. It is so central that everything is on walking distance.
