I am a veterinarian, and the reason for living up here are my horses. I enjoy riding and keeping my Icelandic horses, and if you are an experienced rider you might come riding with me. I also love meeting new people in the summertime, and I am happy to give you advise about your holiday in Norway... or discuss norwegians :-)

Property info

Åsgardane Gjestegard is a small farm, and a guestfarm. It is very quiet here. We have a dog, a cat and 8 horses that are all very friendly. We try to keep our prices low. You can do your own cleaning, but these service is of course available for you for a still reasonable fee. Our farm is 6 km from the centre in Gol, it is therefore advisable to go here by car.

Neighborhood info

The area near to our farm is farming land and forest. You can go hiking down to Gol, or to the viewpoint nearby us. It is only a short drive to Golsfjellet where you may go for longer walks, or rent bicycles.
