Vinje Camping is peaceful and idyllically situated in nature between waterfalls and mountains – yet just 1.5 km from the Geirangerfjord and the center of Geiranger, where you can find grocerystores, souvenir shops, cafes, and restaurants. We offer seven well equipped cabins with one or two bedrooms and a loft, living room/kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a veranda with a magnificent view of the Geirangerfjord. There are free parking next to the cabins. The campsite has a bonfirearea under a shelter for all our guests to use. It's perfect as a gathering spot for families or smaller groups. We also have a playground for the little ones, and our jumping pillow is especially popular as a meeting point for children of all ages. Our kiosk offers a selection of basic goods, groceries, ice cream and soft drinks. During the high season, we also sell freshly baked bread. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent bed linen for NOK 95 per person, and towels for NOK 30 per person, if you do not choose to bring your own. Please note that it is mandatory to use bedlinens. The cabin needs to be cleaned before departure. Either you can choose to do this yourself, or we can do the final cleaning for NOK 400,-. You will find cleaningequipment in the cabin, if you wish to do the cleaning yourself. We kindly ask you to leave the cabin as you found it. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of NOK 250 per pet, per stay applies. Please note that from September until May, southwest road access on road 63 from Grotli/Skjåk to Geiranger may/will be closed due to the weather. Access is still possible on road 63 from Eidsdal, or you can take the ferry from Hellesylt on the Geirangerfjord.
