This downstairs unit is fully self-contained and conveniently located close to schools, public transport, and supermarkets in Howick. As the unit is below the main house, there may occasionally be some noise from upstairs during the day, but it is generally quiet at night. Please note that the toilet and drainage system operates via a pump, which can be noticeably loud when in use. To help reduce the noise, we recommend keeping the bathroom door closed.
