Hi, I’m Lili 😊 I love nature, gardening, and most of all- spending time with animals. Being around them brings me so much joy, and that’s a big part of life here. Over the years, I’ve cared for many animals, and now I share my home with a lively little farm family- 4 big pigs, 2 piglets, 5 sheep, around 60 chickens, some pigeons, and of course my lovely dog Pipi 🐶 She’s very friendly and always happy to meet new people. Our home is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood in Whau Valley, Whangārei- a peaceful area perfect for relaxing while still being close to everything you need. We are just a short drive (around 5–10 minutes) from Whangārei town centre, where you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The popular Town Basin is also nearby, offering lovely waterfront walks, local galleries, and a great selection of dining options. If you enjoy nature, there are plenty of beautiful spots around: Whangārei Falls – a stunning waterfall and easy walking track AH Reed Memorial Park – peaceful bush walks with a canopy bridge Mount Parihaka – great for hiking and panoramic views For day trips, the famous Tutukaka Coast is within driving distance, known for its beaches, diving spots, and access to the Poor Knights Islands. The neighbourhood itself is calm, green, and safe- a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.
