This large modern fully furnished quality beach house situated in sunny Marahau 200 metres from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the gateway of the Abel Tasman Park. It is perfect for groups of up to 20 persons. The house (built 2002) with new kitchen 2022. It has 4 large bedrooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms are open plan with lounge furniture. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a Rinnai gas log fire, 8KW Heat Pump and 3/4 size snooker table. The large open plan living area has sliding glass doors that facilitate inside-outside living onto generous size covered outdoor dining. When you stay at this house you will enjoy Sky TV and Fibre Internet services. The house sleeps at least 13 persons and there is a detached cottage that sleeps at least 7 persons Total 20 persons). It is a 200-metre walk to a beachfront cafe/restaurant, Water Taxis and Abel Tasman Centre for bookings and groceries etc.
