Our Property Located at the end of an enclosed street, our property is away from the hustle and bustle of the road. With an area of over 1000 square meters, Alice's House is fully fenced with a nice garden and a large parking area. On the back end of the house, there is a private deck equipped with a full set of outdoor furniture which is perfect for enjoying Auckland's stunning weather. Alice will gladly tend to any needs you may have during your stay. With her house being next door to the property, she is always on call in case of the unlikely event that you shall experience any troubles. Adrian and Alice welcome you to our guest house. We both are vegetarian and love travelling and hiking. We have a lovely guard dog spotty on site. When you first come to the property, Spotty might bark to welcome you to get your attention. But don't be scared. You just give him a gentle pat and say spotty he will stop barking and be very happy with you.

Our area New Lynn is the center of West Auckland with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants and a transport center. It's very close to Auckland CBD with 10-15 mins drive to city center and 15-20 mins drive to Airport. Nearby there are fitness centers and the biggest indoor West Wave Pool with steam/sauna rooms and fitness is just a few mins drive. If you love hiking, Waitakere Range has a lot of tracks but don't get lost! A private hiking guide is available depending on the availability if you need for a fee. If you love surfing or just like to enjoy wild or peaceful beaches, go to Nearby West Coast Beaches. A street laundromat, dairy, and takeaway is just at the cornor of the road. It's 15-20 minutes WALK to Lynn Mall Shopping /Transport Center(BUS/TRAIN) or 5 minutes WALK to the bus stop on the main street and Fruitvale train stop. THE BRICKWORKS with many cafes and restaurants and CINEMAS are just by Lynn Mall . The west coast beaches are a 20 minute drive through the stunning Waitakere Ranges. Titirangi Village is a 10 minute drive.
