I’m Anna, the manor owner. Originally from China, I have spent 30 years living in New Zealand, fully immersed in Kiwi lifestyle while retaining deep Chinese cultural roots. I work as a multicultural cultural ambassador bridging Eastern and Western cultures in various roles since coming to NZ. I studied at the University of Auckland and hold multiple academic degrees. As a university lecturer and a linguist, I have rich experience working with people of different walks of life. I'm fluent in both English and Mandarin. I am also an original music creator, made Amour(Amore) Manor and other songs available on Spotify. Every detail of the manor, from natural linen bedding to blooming gardens, is carefully selected by myself. I love meeting people from all over the world, and our lovely farm animals bring warm joy to every visitor. Our manor at 82 Moon Tide Road lies on a quiet cul-de-sac within premium farmland-3 hectres, a favoured location for weddings, wineries, and rural events. This tight community has merely ten households with warm, supportive neighbours. Our property sits on a ridge edged by streams flowing toward Riverhead; soothing brook and waterfall sounds drift over the fences. No residents are commercial farmers here. We raise horses, cattle, sheep, alpacas and goats as hobby pets, plus small private vineyards, with land maintained purely for scenic leisure. Minutes from State Highway 16, you can reach Riverhead Tavern, Boric convenience store, golf courses, local wineries, tourist farms and a church.
