The monitor measures sound levels only – it does not record conversations – and helps ensure a comfortable environment for all residents in the building. We ask that you please be mindful of your noise levels, particularly during the building’s quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and avoid loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour. As this is a shared residential complex, respecting other residents’ peace and privacy is essential. Thank you for helping us keep the building a safe and enjoyable place for everyone.

You’re less than five minutes from Raglan Village, so beaches, cafés, shops, and good coffee are all within easy reach. The studio is fully self-catering with everything you need to cook at home, and free parking is available on-site. Head down to the beach, wander one of the local walking tracks (Bridal Veil Falls is a favourite), or simply take it slow and enjoy Raglan’s laid-back, friendly vibe. If you are interested in restaurants or night life, it is a short drive/ Walk to the Village where a few local pubs/clubs, cafes, and restaurants. Please note, we have a lot of houses in the Hamilton/Cambridge/ Raglan area. So, if there are several families or friends needing accommodation, please let us know. Parties and events are not allowed at the house.
