Fabulous Art Deco historic apartment right in the middle of designer shops and restaurants. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Separate one bed with full kitchen, bathroom and breakfast provided. Unlimited fibre wifi, 5g and 2.5 g perfect for working from home. Ample storage and everything you need makes this perfect for longer stays. It has just been upgraded with a leather couch, and designer furniture. I will contact you regarding your breakfast preferences and will have those ready for you when you arrive. I personally greet all my guests and ensure the apartment is perfectly set up so you can enjoy you stay as soon as you step over the threshold. I am happy to assist you with advice on the best places to eat, visit etc. The Guardian has a live in Manager and is very secure. Due to some repairs you may notice some scaffolding but this is only minor repairs to windows. Happy to answer any questions direclty.

Art Deco Chic on Queen is the perfect location with designer shops and fabulous restaurant all around. You are right by a supermarket and close to Art Galleries, transport links such as Britomart and the ferry. The waterfront is only 600 metres away with the best shops and restaurants. Everything you need is in walking distance. The Guardian Trust building is an historic building over 100 years old built from Italian marble and was the centre of banking. The lock boxes are still used today and this stunning building is to get a face lift soon.
