The kitchen has been recently renovated and comes fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and all your cooking utensils. Designed around a kitchen island for social cooking. Enjoy your meal at the indoor dining area or at the outdoor dining table with a view of Mt Karioi. The living area is styled with contemporary furniture and has a heat pump to keep you cosy in winter or cool in the summer. Complete with TV and Wifi for entertainment. There are 3 bedrooms - the master is off the kitchen and the other 2 bedrooms off the living area. The bathroom with shower and modern fitting complete the indoor facilities.

Left Break is located conveniently on Raglans Main Road. The service station is 2 mins walk and Four Square 4 mins walk to pick up any essentials. Central Raglan is 5 mins walk where you find our selection of amazing cafes and coffee shops, yoga and pilates studios, restaurants, supermarkets and independent shops with local artisan goods. The property is also within 15 mins walking distance to Lorenzen Bay or 10 mins to the stunning Kaitoke walkway. For slightly further afield adventures a short drive will take you to the surf beach, point breaks, mountain bike tracks and walking tracks.
