Set on 13 acres (5.3 h) the property has a beautiful Totora stand, is surrounded by a tidal river & creeks that lead to the Whangarei Harbour. Currently consisting of 7 steers, Joey the goat, Dusty the dog, George the shy cat, 2 very cute turtles & 65 chooks (no time to be bored!).
I have lived in the valley for the past 21 years, raising my children & establishing the property from a bare lifestyle block to creating gardens & a private space to enjoy.
Set down a private cul-de-sac the property is quiet, safe & private… a place to sit & enjoy yet only 4-5 km to town, walks & cafes.
