Nestled into the hillside amongst nature this newly built beach house offers the best of both worlds. It is close to the fun and summer hustle of our edgy beach town ( three min drive from The Beach House ) yet secluded and far enough away for a relaxed getaway. The Beach House is set high with 180 views looking across the township and out to the ocean and inner harbours.Escape the everyday and head to The Beach House. The space has an industrial luxe aesthetic. Plush velvet furnishings and linens against grey washed ply walls and concrete floors. Bright and breezy you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun set into the ocean from the private deck. Indoor/outdoor flow as the living area stacker doors open to the deck for summer dining al fresco. Fully equiped kitchen with every thing you need to make your own meal. Both bedrooms have super comfy beds ( one queen and one super king, plus a seating area that can be transformed into two singles or joined together as double, the couch in the living area folds down to a king single size if needed. TV has Netflix and Youtube capabilities.
