This newly modernised boutique apartment sits a few steps to the white sands of Palm Beach. Superbly refurbished to a luxury level and with an elegant finish, this beachside apartment is the perfect place to relax. It has a fully equipped galley kitchen and designer furnishings throughout that set the apartment up for a relaxing vacation. The bedroom has a queen bed and also a day bed under the window that can be used as a child’s bed if required. The Smart TV has Sky Tv and Sky Sport for all of your entertainment needs. The apartment sits in a tropical style garden and has a private deck equipped with a gas barbeque and sun shade. Please note: The Cleaning fee include Cleaning fees and quality linen and towels hire, provided at the house for your stay (bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mat, face cloths, hand cloth). BOND - A pre-authorization on your credit card is due 1 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure Beachside Apartment accepts small dogs on request - please enquire directly

Neighborhood info

Palm Beach is one of Waiheke’s best beaches with crystal clear water, rock pools and great waves for bodyboarding. It’s one of the island’s best beaches that never gets too busy. Take a 3 min walk to one end of the beach to Arcadia for lunch or dinner or collect a coffee and freshly baked brioche from the Palm Beach store. At the other end of the beach is The Red Shed, Waiheke’s artist collective gallery. This grassroots community art space shows off and sells art created by budding local artists of all ages.
